TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing trade marketing initiatives to drive sales performance and market execution. This role works closely with internal teams to implement effective promotion mechanics, support product launches, enhance point-of-sale visibility, and analyze performance to optimize trade marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute trade marketing strategies across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and exhibitions to drive sell-out performance.
- Develop and manage promotion mechanics, including bundles, discounts, vouchers, and gift-with-purchase campaigns.
- Support new product launches by ensuring effective channel rollout and in-store execution.
- Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, roadshows, and exhibitions, including planning timelines, mechanics, and on-ground execution.
- Manage POSM planning and execution (price cards, posters, display materials) to ensure strong brand visibility at point of sale.
- Work closely with the Sales team to align promotion priorities, key SKUs, and sales targets.
- Plan and manage sales incentives / SPIF programs to motivate retail staff and improve conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and ROI; provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Warehouse) to ensure smooth execution of trade activities.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency while meeting sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or related industries.
- Experience working with retail channels, distributors, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Good understanding of promotion mechanics, pricing strategy, and retail execution.
- Strong command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
