  • Manage departmental budgets and records.
  • Review customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Coordinate tour schedules and customer bookings.
  • Ensure safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction during tours.
  • Manage logistics such as transportation, meals, and accommodation.
  • Maintain good relationships with Tourism Malaysia, State Tourism Councils, and local communities.
  • Organize official visits (e.g., familiarization trips, media visits, influencer collaborations).
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to tourism promotions.
  • Prepare monthly reports on tourism activities and achievements.
  • Manage departmental budgets and customer records.
  • Review customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
