Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or affiliate coordination.
- Strong understanding of TikTok platform, algorithms, and current trends.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or TikTok Editor.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers and affiliates.
- Good command of English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Passion for mum, baby, and lifestyle content creation.

Responsibilities
TikTok Management
- Plan, script, and publish engaging TikTok videos that align with brand campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
- Identify and leverage viral trends, sounds, and content styles suitable for the mum & baby category.
- Handle the end‑to‑end TikTok workflow: shooting, editing, captioning, scheduling, and posting.
- Interact with followers, reply to comments, and build brand community.
- Manage TikTok Live sessions or collaborations with influencers.
- Analyze content performance (views, engagement, follower growth, conversion) and prepare weekly reports.
Affiliate Program Management
- Recruit and onboard affiliate partners, KOLs, and content creators aligned with the brand’s audience.
- Communicate posting requirements, product highlights, and brand guidelines to affiliates.
- Distribute samples and manage product seeding to affiliates and micro‑influencers.
- Track affiliate activities, code usage, and content submissions.
- Prepare monthly reports on affiliate performance, payout summaries, and ROI.
- Organize campaigns, contests, or seasonal incentive programs to boost affiliate participation.
Content & Campaign Coordination
- Work with designers and marketing team to prepare monthly TikTok and affiliate content calendars.
- Align all social media and affiliate content with ongoing promotions, product launches, and events.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to maximize traffic from TikTok and affiliate content.
- Maintain an organized database of affiliate partners, campaign timelines, and performance records.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track weekly TikTok performance metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, and trends.
- Compile monthly affiliate summaries with sales data and top‑performer insights.
- Recommend new strategies or formats to improve content visibility and affiliate sales.
