KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team. This role involves providing professional speech and language therapy services to both in‑patients and out‑patients while working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional speech and language therapy assessments and treatments to patients
• Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
• Ensure all patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes are accurately recorded
• Maintain internationally recognized standards of speech therapy practice
• Participate in incident reporting, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities
• Ensure proper use and reporting of therapy equipment and tools
• Actively participate in 5S activities, audits, and accreditation requirements
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Support new services or initiatives introduced by the department
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Services or Management
