Requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Technical Certificate from JPK or Kolej Vokasional. Diploma in Electronic or Electrical or Certified A1/AO or PW4 by ST with experience.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in electrical, service or maintenance fields.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out repairing and maintenance in compliance to standards set by principals & divisional Safety and Sustainability requirements.
2. To perform engine & equipment general electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
3. To troubleshoot and rectify any clients’ complaints for improvement process.
4. To locate and make reference to service publications in softcopy and hardcopy formats.
5. To perform diagnostics checks and evaluation on equipment performance.
6. To submit job acceptance form and service field reports after service field jobs are completed.
7. To recommend on parts required for service jobs.
8. To check spare parts before delivery.
9. To communicate with technicians for job schedule planning, equipment maintenance and repair job.
10. Ensure work performed is documented timely upon completion of service job.
11. Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently within Standard Job Hour guidelines.
12. Ensure all jobs performed in compliance with the Divisional Safety, Health and Environmental Policies and standards set by the principal.
