The SONG practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will work on transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Commerce & Sales, and Services. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive the following

Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting support on Salesforce projects by working closely with clients to conduct design sessions, gather and refine requirements, and ensure the solution aligns with their needs.
  • Present regular working demos to stakeholders and work alongside the implementation team on delivery and implementation tasks.
  • Apply industry knowledge to support the implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and value propositions, providing support in data analysis and presentation preparation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities such as responding to RFPs, developing proofs of concept, crafting impactful presentations, demonstrating solutions during client meetings, and contributing to effort and cost estimation processes.
  • Contribute to initiatives by developing points of view, creating reusable assets in the customer service space, analyzing industry research and market trends, and introducing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting roles such as solution demonstration and requirement gathering within the Salesforce ecosystem is strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations and effectively addressing issues and risks to ensure project success.
  • Apply key business analysis skills: Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning Service processes with the purpose of resolving process bottlenecks and pain areas.
  • Familiarity with specific industry requirements and the ability to apply this knowledge to Salesforce solutions.
  • Ability to work in high-paced and complex projects and understand industry-specific customer service processes, operations and functional needs.
  • Familiarity with service experience design, including customer journey mapping and user research.
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities with a strong willingness to develop further in this area.
