Job description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and ensuring a premium customer experience in the Fabindia Penang store, which offers handcrafted textiles and Indian-inspired apparel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and store sales targets for apparel, accessories, and home & living products.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively greet, assist, and build lasting relationships with customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge about Fabindia's handcrafted and sustainable ethos.
  • Merchandising: Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the store, ensuring products are presented attractively and consistently with the brand image.
  • Operations: Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, manage inventory, and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate market trends to the management team.
