A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Test Lead, System Analyst to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.
• More than 8 years of working experience in the software testing industry
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support throughout the testing lifecycle
• Coordinate and execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
• Monitor and track testing progress, ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting of test results
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning to address potential issues during testing
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts across various testing levels using tools such as JIRA, Loadrunner, Selenium and etc
• Good understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
