Job Description

• Provide technical support and continuous improvement for testing processes at CM Factories
• Lead the setup and maintenance of test environments based on defined test plans
• Assist NPI Engineers and test development engineers in completing DFT (Design for Testability) evaluations.
• Lead detailed analysis and accurate diagnosis of issues identified during testing; collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Analyze functional failures during the testing phase and propose corrective actions.
• Recommend further product improvements and evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Summarize and perform statistical analysis of test results; track testing progress and provide feedback.
• Manage and maintain CM test tools, automation systems and network test environment.
• Support automation engineers in the development and implementation of automated testing technologies.

Qualifications

• Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
  • Min. 5 years' experience in electronic products production testing.
  • Computer literate and proficient in electronic circuit analysis.
  • Skilled in at least one (1) programming language.
  • Experience in operating test instrument and equipment.
  • Familiar with Measurement System Analysis and test system evaluation.
  • Experience in automated testing system is a plus.
  • Strong quality mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
