A leading coatings company in Malaysia is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships in the automotive and coatings sectors. This role involves extensive travel and requires at least 3 years of sales experience, a relevant degree, and a valid driving license. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze performance data. Competitive benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer development within the Northern and East Coast region. It will focus on building national sales strategies at the territory level, managing key customers and distributors, expanding new business opportunities, and achieving sales, margin, and volume targets. The TSM serves as the frontline, ensuring effective territory coverage and consistent brand and pricing discipline.
