Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage all tenancy agreements, license documents, and related files.
  • Monitor key tenancy milestones such as start dates, expiries, and renewal deadlines.
  • Coordinate with landlords and mall managers to renew or terminate agreements as required.
  • Ensure timely rental or licensing fee payments and follow up on any discrepancies with Finance.
  • Serve as liaison between company and site owners or management (e.g., malls, hospitals, airports).
  • Communicate tenancy-related matters clearly and professionally, including notices, reminders, or disputes.
  • Arrange and coordinate tenancy inspections or audits when required.
  • Ensure all tenancies comply with local regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records in tenancy tracking systems.
  • Monitor compliance with insurance, licensing, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth setup, maintenance, or removal of massage chairs at tenant locations.
  • Assist with site handovers or takebacks, including documentation and condition reporting.
  • Support internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Technical) with tenancy-related information.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor e2 e9s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in tenancy, lease administration, or property coordination.
  • Experience working with retail or commercial tenancy agreements is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proactive and disciplined in meeting deadlines.
