Job summary

A leading digital economy organization in Cyberjaya is hiring for an HR role focused on administration and execution of key HR functions. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, org chart management, and data integrity maintenance within HR systems. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Maintain data integrity within HR systems.
  • Improve HR processes by reviewing and recommending changes.
  • Support data verification for new HRMS when required.

Job Descriptions

The incumbent is responsible for administration and execution of several key HR functions:

  • Internal and external recruitment
  • Org Chart Management
  • Data Maintenance, reporting, TA Communications, and other HR matters
Recruitment Activities
  • Carry out end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles
  • Build and maintain relationship with hiring managers and guidance on recruitment related activities
  • Execute end to end staff movement request such as assignment, covering, lateral transfer and secondment
Reporting And Process Improvement
  • Maintain record and integrity of data in HR system
  • Review process and procedures and provide recommendation for process improvement
  • Support the implementation of HRA related projects, as and when necessary
Implementation of new HRMS
  • To support on Recruitment data verification module requirements as and when required
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications).
