Job Purpose

We are seeking a Temporary Date Entry to support the finance team with data entry and invoice processing. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to support day-to-day accounting administrative tasks during a short-term period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry of financial information into accounting systems
  • Assist in processing supplier and customer invoices
  • Verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
  • Maintain and organise financial records and supporting documents
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and documentation control
  • Support the finance/accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in accounts administration, invoicing, or data entry is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
