Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Group Human Capital team. This role involves providing essential administrative and clerical support during a tenure.

Key Responsibilities
Clerical Support
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain HR systems.
  • Process, organize, and file HR documentation, including employee records and compliance forms.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other routine correspondence.
Recruitment Assistance
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates as needed.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Employee Records Management
  • Ensure all employee files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and legal standards.
Benefit Administration
  • Administer and process travel, medical claims, following the terms and conditions accurately.
  • Monitor and update data for staff medical claims, clinic/hospital usage, and maintain records on staff claim/medical balances.
  • Facilitate effective communication and correspondence regarding insurance, SOCSO and referral / GL administration.
General HR Support
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
