Job Description

Due to ongoing growth at Radius, we are looking for a Telesales Advisor (Telematics) to join our team at our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on selling telematics technology and fleet management into the Malaysia market and offers varied opportunities for career progress and development.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new clients within the telematics sector.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to generate additional revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing telematics solutions and their benefits.
  • Work closely with Operations and Post-Sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging telematics technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a telesales role.
  • Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined to follow a daily target‑driven structure (including good timekeeping).
  • First‑rate communication skills; demonstrating confidence.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
  • Ability to listen and articulate in all communication.
  • Adapt well to a changing environment.
