Telesales Executive (Open for Fresh Graduates)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Agent for our NGO program who experienced in telesales, or customer onboarding, particularly in a high-volume environment.
What we can expect as Telesales Agents role with us:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls and educating potential customers about the organization's mission and NGO campaigns.
- Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing detailed information on NGO program, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Database Management: Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system, tracking interactions and commitments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and guide customers through the onboarding process over the phone.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded and that all onboarding steps are completed thoroughly.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed onboarding targets
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining a positive, professional relationship throughout the engagement process.
Job Requirements
- Open for Fresh Graduates who completed SPM/Diploma/Degree qualifications
Skills and Experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills are essential for engaging donors.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to effectively persuade potential donors to contribute.
- Customer Service: Experience in customer service or sales roles is often helpful.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately recording donation details and donor information is critical.
