What you’ll be doing
  • Reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote company’s products and services
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Closing sales and meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any inquiries or concerns
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a telesales or outbound sales role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and remain calm under pressure
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and customer‑centric attitude
