A leading automotive platform in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven individual for a role focused on business calling and account management. The ideal candidate will perform over 40 successful calls daily, train dealers, and promote products while ensuring high-quality listings. Strong communication skills in both Malay and English are essential, along with a solid understanding of product offerings. This position provides an opportunity to significantly contribute to sales and customer relations within a vibrant market.
Perform 40+ successful business calls daily to dealers and sales agents, focusing on conversion and relationship-building.
Generate fresh contact leads from competitor platforms and market research.
Engage all assigned dealers to promote new products and services, ensuring clear value communication.
Train and guide dealers on effective advertising methods, while securing regular inventory updates (weekly/monthly).
Drive new customer acquisition across key regions, including East Coast, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Convert free users into paying customers through strong product pitching and objection handling.
Build, manage, and grow customer accounts by planning and executing strategies that increase monthly spending.
Ensure listing quality meets PIPP standards (Pictures, Information, Price & Position) for maximum visibility.
Promote Carlist Qualified offerings (Inspection Report & Extended Warranty) to enhance ad credibility and dealer trust.
Gather and analyse market intelligence from assigned territories to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Strong product knowledge and ability to present solutions confidently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
Excellent telephone etiquette, persuasive communication, and customer handling skills.
Strong time management, discipline, and ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Proficient in both Malay and English (spoken & written).
Ability to speak Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
