What You'll Do

The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the frontline driver of pipeline growth.

  • Responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying business opportunities across APAC region
  • Generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through prospecting
  • As the first point of contact for prospects, engaging prospects in meaningful conversations, uncover business challenges and position Oracle’s cloud solutions as the answer.
  • Following up on marketing qualified leads, conduct discovery calls and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle
  • SDRs fuel revenue growth and create high-value pipeline, making a direct impact on Oracle's success in the region
  • SDR also work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth, high-quality handovers that set deals up for success
  • Act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound calls, chats and emails
  • Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force
  • Performs database and record keeping activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, consistently meet or exceed activity metrics, pipeline generation targets and other performance KPIs
