Job description

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to ensure orders under warranty and contract are successfully delivered

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information

Understand and work towards achieving KPIs and SLA targets

Demonstrate “Right First Time” behaviour in all tasks

Actively contribute as part of the team to meet project/program goals

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email

Provide clear, concise verbal and written communication

Meet daily productivity and performance expectations
