Job summary

A leading communication service provider in Puchong, Selangor is seeking candidates for an exciting telemarketing role. You will make outbound calls primarily in Chinese to schedule appointments, confirm details, and follow up with customers to ensure attendance. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, be fluent in Chinese, and possess strong communication skills. The role is office-based with a fixed salary and performance-based incentives. Prior experience in telemarketing or call centers is a plus.

  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken); basic English/Malay communication is required.
  • Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentive-based performance.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.

Adhere to approved call scripts, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.

Coordinate with supervisors and client representatives to ensure smooth appointment execution.
