We are seeking a proactive and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our expanding team. This role involves contacting potential customers, collecting relevant information, and supporting our consultants by generating qualified leads.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Introduce basic information about our financial products and services.
  • Collect required documents and update customer details into Google Drive for consultants to follow up.
  • Coordinate with the team leader to ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company call scripts and guidelines.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs based on call volume.
