Telco Retail Assistant - take home salary up to RM 7,000 !

Work as our client's ambassadors and are responsible for achieving monthly targets for Postpaid Services, Fibre, and lead management during outbound activities, while establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our fibre solutions to prospective customers.
  • Deliver persuasive sales and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our fibre products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategize, and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects during outbound activities.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive approach to sales, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of fibre optics and related technologies is a plus but not required.
Candidate Must Be
  • Energetic and a can‑do attitude.
  • Excited in selling.
  • Meet and, where possible, exceed target set for them.
  • Able to travel to assigned road‑show areas.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Able to work on odd hours or shifts.

Full Training Provided. Low KPI for the first 3 months. Incentive (Uncapped amount). High performer can get almost 10K.
