This role includes aligning molds for efficiency, troubleshooting production issues, and performing routine inspections and maintenance. Responsibilities

• Install and set up molds in manufacturing machinery according to specifications.
• Ensure molds are properly aligned and adjusted to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molds during production runs.
• Perform routine inspections of molds to identify wear and tear or defects, and carry out necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Perform heavy lifting and material handling related to mold installation and removal by using lifting equipment.
• Operate and maintain manual and power tools used for mold installation and repair.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment during all tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Assist in setting up machinery and production lines as needed.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Perform general maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure peak operational performance.
