Your Role:

• Provide on‑site technical support in factory/industrial environments
• Conduct pre‑installation checks, installations & preventive maintenance of Domino UK marking & coding systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and ensure equipment operates reliably
• Deliver internal & external training when required
• Accurately complete service reports (time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support business growth
• Travel within Malaysia (occasional overseas training & meetings provided)

• 🗣 Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin‑speaking clients)
