Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and occupant comfort
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules to extend the life of building systems and equipment
• Monitor building systems and controls, identifying potential problems and reporting abnormalities
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, equipment, and structural components (e.g., doors, locks, drywall, flooring)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services
• Assist with building renovations, upgrades, and space reconfigurations
• Support emergency response procedures, including after-hours or on-call maintenance as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment
