Maintain accurate records and upkeep of UniKL MITEC IT devices loaned to end users. IT Office Management Assist in the usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UniKL MITEC PCs, workstations, and notebooks for both staff and laboratory use.

Key Roles

Policies, Guidelines, and SOP Compliance

• Ensure all UniKL MITEC assets are properly recorded and updated, including movement and damage status.
• Maintain accurate records and upkeep of UniKL MITEC IT devices loaned to end users.

IT Office Management

• Assist in the usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UniKL MITEC PCs, workstations, and notebooks for both staff and laboratory use.
• Provide support for the usage and maintenance of major IT equipment, including network systems, Wi-Fi, internet, and PABX.

Liaison with Division/Center on Relevant Issues

• Support and assist end users with ICT-related requests or complaints.
• Provide technical support for audio and visual system requirements during events.
