Job description

TECHNICIAN - ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES

1. New Model’s PCB Inspection Development

Perform P-TEST checks and confirm MICON test software.

Design hardware (Test Jig wiring).

Develop and program test software.

Conduct inspection system debugging and interface testing.

2. Test System Development

Develop and fabricate test systems for PCB and C-Box inspection (VR, FCT & C-Box Tester).

Improve testing accuracy and reliability through continuous evaluation and optimization.

Design, set up, and evaluate PCB/C-Box production processes.

Establish in-house production and inspection procedures.

Develop process standards and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

4. Technical Support to Overseas EMS & Partner Companies

Provide technical support and training to PHAVCC, APIN, PMI, PMPC, and EMS partners.

Conduct PCB defect analysis and assist with test system implementation for new models.
