Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician/Handyman – Electrical to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of electrical installation, repair, and maintenance tasks, along with basic general handyman duties to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, outlets, lighting, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and replace or repair defective components.
• Install new electrical systems and upgrade existing wiring as needed.
• Support general maintenance and handyman tasks including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor HVAC work.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and time spent.
• Assist in preventive maintenance schedules and contribute to overall facility improvement projects.
