Job Overview

As the first point of contact for clients seeking Blackmagic Design, Irix Lens, Synco, Colbor, Wise Advanced solutions, you will assist the Technical Department in providing technical support, solution diagrams, product recommendations, and occasional demonstrations or setups. The role involves field visits, handling equipment, and responding promptly to technical enquiries. You must be a good listener, hands‑on, super passionate, energetic and curious to learn. In‑house and brand training will be provided to enhance your technical skills.

Job & Academic Requirements

• Minimum SPM
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Technical skills are an advantage
• Passionate or familiarity with professional tech brands and broadcast products
• Proficient in English and Malay
• Willing to travel occasionally for client support, installations, or training (mileage claimable)
• Resides near Balakong, Cheras for punctuality and timely client visits

Required Technical Skills / Knowledge

• Understanding of video editing/post‑production software is a plus
• Willingness to learn installation, configuration, and calibration of professional cameras and equipment

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance under supervision for professional camera, audio, lighting, and broadcast equipment
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment for clients, events, or studio setups
• Troubleshoot and report technical issues for resolution promptly
• Help train clients on equipment usage under guidance
• Maintain technical documentation and inventory records
• Stay updated on new product developments, firmware updates, and technical specifications
• Support sales and technical teams with product demonstrations and client queries
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant handling of all equipment
