From installation and commissioning to troubleshooting and training, you’ll play a critical part in keeping healthcare professionals equipped to deliver outstanding patient care. What you will do
  • Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance for Stryker products across Malaysia.
  • Deliver first-level repairs and technical troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Conduct technical training for customers and dealers on proper product usage and handling.
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and field inventory to support efficient service operations.
  • Schedule and execute engineering updates and preventive maintenance visits as required.
  • Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations, including ADVAMED guidelines.
What you need
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service within a multinational commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and technical documentation.
