Job Summary:

Fully responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AGV/AMR solutions for our customers. You will work closely with sales team and cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements and expectations. To provide technical support and services to our customers, help sales team to win projects and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with sales team to help them explore AGV/AMR automation business both in logistics automation & industry automation.
• Empower local sales team and system integrators, train them to understand our existing AGV/AMR.
• Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop AGV/AMR solutions.
• Work with local team to develop project plans and support project deployment.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance to customers on AGV/AMR solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AGV/AMR technology, and incorporate these developments into our solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of the AMR system, ensuring they can independently run and maintain the system.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the system, identify and resolve potential issues, enhancing system efficiency and stability.
• Communicate with customers, understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide suggestions for improving AMR product quality.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, automation, electronics engineering, or related.
• More than three years of experience in automation or AGV/AMR related industries.
• Programming skills available preferred (C/C++/Python/JAVA).
• Experienced with CAD software

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic understanding of AGV/AMR systems. Field experience in automation, AGV/AMR preferred.
• Basic programming skills required. Experience in AMR related software development. Familiar with C/C++/Python/JAVA, TCP/IP/UDP, ROS/ROS2, Docker, SQL, Git, and CMake.
• Strong initiative, with a sense of project delivery management, promoting and advancing project delivery and acceptance.
• Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork. English as the working language.
