Technical Product Owner

We’re looking for a strategic and technically proficient Technical Product Owner to lead the development, integration, and optimization of our digital commerce platforms. You will serve as the technical anchor between business goals and engineering execution—driving product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure platform architecture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has hands‑on experience with modern technology stacks, and can translate customer and business needs into scalable, high‑impact technical solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in an e‑commerce or digital environment.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce).
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and work with architects to create architectural blueprints.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams, ensuring technical alignment and delivery velocity.
• Drive architectural decisions in collaboration with architects and tech leads, focusing on modularity, performance, and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical teams.
• Deep familiarity with APIs, microservices, event‑driven architecture, and third‑party integrations (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways).
• Ability to write or review technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and system specs.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
