Qualifications & Experience

Key responsibilities include responding to technical inquiries, offering advice and solutions, physically preparing and repairing products, and contributing to our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Team Support
- Support the production team, sales team and distributors by providing accurate and timely technical product information.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to share and disseminate technical product knowledge.
- Provide consultations, advice, and recommendations to customers regarding product applications and technical inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through on‑site visits, teleconferences, timely email responses, and comprehensive training sessions.
Technical Expertise & Product Handling
- Perform equipment repairs, calibrations, and technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Apply analytical thinking to debug and resolve hardware issues effectively.
- Handle precise components for tasks such as assembly, disassembly, inspection, and minor modifications with strong manual dexterity.
- Physically prepare, inspect, and configure products, components, and demo units for delivery, internal use, or exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate service records including repairs, part replacements, and maintenance history.
Business Development & Market Support
- Assist the marketing team in exploring potential new market applications to expand the company’s product portfolio.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
Additional Duties
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects or assignments as needed.
- Travel occasionally to support business needs or customer requirements.
