Job summary

A leading telecommunications firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated individual for a technical support role. The candidate will assist in implementing and installing cellular and broadband infrastructure, provide customer support, and troubleshoot technical issues. Applicants should possess a diploma in Electric/Electronic/IT/Telecommunications, and familiarity with networking is an advantage. Job description

To provide technical support for customers, including operation/maintenance software upgrade, etc.

Responsible to analyze and troubleshoot technical related problems.

Performing tests and repairs on equipment, organizing inventory, and keeping up with technical developments.

Able to standby 24x7 and willing to travel (outstation).

Requirement:

Possess at least a minimum Professional Certificate or Diploma in Electric / Electronic / IT / Telecommunications.

Basic knowledge on network is advantage.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision, as a team player committed, multi-tasking and aggressive.

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
