Role: Technical Analyst (IT Asset Management)

Location : KL, Malaysia

Service Description :

• The mission requires a minimum of five years of relevant expertise.
• The non-negotiable essential qualifications are clearly indicated in the Service Description, including expertise in IT Asset and Configuration Management, expertise with ITAM tools (preferably ServiceNow), and strong service of communication across all organizational levels.
• As an IT Asset & Configuration Management service, the primary objective is to ensure data quality for IT assets in the CMDB (ServiceNow).
• The service involves managing the lifecycle of IT assets and configurations to ensure optimal performance, maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies.
• The service develops and enforces asset management policies and procedures to maintain data accuracy and accountability, providing transparency on the data quality of IT Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) based on the eight dimensions of data quality, per entity and product.
• It collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the CMDB and ensure accurate information for all IT assets and configurations.
• Additionally, the service involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance asset and configuration management practices.
