Job summary

  • Source, select, and recruit sales people.
  • Mentor top sales staff to become future managers.

  • Source new developers for financing projects.
  • Prepare developers' launch schedules.
  • Coach sales people to achieve approval rates.
  • Ensure compliance with bank procedures.
  • Retain performing sales staff.
  • Motivate sales people to be high performers.
  • Support ASM in achieving sales targets through strategies and action plans.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and if not recommend solutions / action plan for rectification
  • Achieve team level sales target of all assigned products, including cross sell target
  • Source, select and recruit sales people
  • Mentor top performing sales staff to become future sales manager
  • Supervise sales people to ensure that they meet activity standard
  • Source new developers’ channel for end financing projects and other alternate channels for sub sales market
  • Prepare developers’ launching schedule and ensure sales executives active participation
  • Coach sales people to achieve the targeted approval rate
  • Lead all staff to meet the bank’s compliance procedures and guidelines
  • Retain performing and potential sales people
  • Motivate and counsel sale people to be high performers
  • To support ASM drive MSF channel to achieve sales target in terms of geographical distribution, marketing strategies, trends, tactics and action plan.
  • To support ASM in achieving sales target allocated by management
