About the role

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for its Islamic Business Finance under the Group Finance division. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals in providing strategic and operational support to the bank's Islamic banking business. This is a full‑time role based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure the delivery of high‑quality financial reporting and analysis to support the Islamic banking business
• Provide guidance and oversight to the team in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to the Islamic banking business
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and support their career growth
