Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Team Leader for Asset Management in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the debt collection industry. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, ensuring fair account allocation, and supporting repossession efforts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, along with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor holder in any equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years experience in debt collection industry.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor calling performance and skills of the team.
• Plan and allocate accounts fairly among team members.
• Review accounts and ensure Telco searches are done diligently.
• Ensure effective repossession processes are conducted.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager.
