Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment projects on-site or off-site
• Source and engage with potential candidates through multiple channels
• Maintain candidate data and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Work closely with internal team leaders/client managers to meet client needs
• Facilitate the whole recruitment process on candidate’s side
• Track and report working activity on regular basis

Who You Are:

• Has a proven track record in recruitment within any of the following areas: Mechanical and Automation Equipment, Semiconductor and Equipment, Logistics and Supply Chain, Data Center.
• Enjoys communicating with people and skilled at listening
• Has career aspirations and strong self-motivation
• Possesses strong learning agility
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Demonstrates a good sense of responsibility along with teamwork spirit
• Proficient in English/Mandarin (spoken and written) and can use it as a working language
