A fast-moving supplement brand is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations for remote teams. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of recruiting experience, be comfortable with AI tools, and have a strong organizational mindset. This part-time role (20-25 hours/week) involves managing hiring pipelines, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the efficiency of HR processes. The position allows for flexible remote work with specified overlap to US Eastern time. Applications from regions with overlapping time zones are preferred.
Toniiq is a fast-moving, entrepreneurial supplement brand with a fully remote team across multiple time zones. We pride ourselves on lean operations, international collaboration, and high-performance culture without unnecessary bureaucracy. We’re looking for an experienced, proactive HR Manager to take full ownership of HR operations while keeping things efficient, compliant, and hands-off for our leadership team.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoy building HR systems that make hiring, compliance, and terminations seamless, this role is for you.
This is not a generic admin or VA role. We’re looking for someone with real recruiting and people operations experience for remote teams who wants to own hiring and lightweight people ops end-to-end for a fast-moving Amazon-first business.
You’ll partner closely with leadership to run structured, efficient hiring pipelines, maintain clarity around roles and team structure, and support role changes or exits in a professional, human way.
Run hiring pipelines for Amazon-facing operational roles (analytics, reporting, listing/ops support) and selected marketing roles
Turn rough role descriptions from leadership into clear job posts and scorecards (using AI where helpful)
Post roles on agreed platforms and manage all inbound applicants
Own the full hiring pipeline:
Initial CV/profile screening
Written screening questions + Loom/video prompts
Role-specific test tasks and output collection
Interview and paid trial coordination
Maintain a live hiring tracker (Notion, ClickUp, or Google Sheets) showing each candidate’s stage
Present 2–3 strong finalists per role, including a short written summary and recommendation
Ensure a fast, structured process that minimizes leadership time while maintaining quality
Create or update role scorecards and 30/60/90 plans using templates
Help set up simple performance review rhythms and tracking
Support leadership in keeping performance management lean, clear, and non-bureaucratic
Support role changes, contract endings, and terminations in a structured, respectful way
Prepare talk tracks and follow‑up documentation
Coordinate timing, calls, and access/logistics
Ensure consistency, professionalism, and clarity throughout the process
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) daily to draft and refine:
Job posts
Screening questions
Test tasks
Scripts and internal documentation
Continuously improve hiring and people workflows so nothing falls through the cracks
3+ years experience in recruiting, HR, or talent coordination for remote teams
Background examples: recruiter, HR/talent coordinator, VA agency recruiter, people ops VA, etc.
You’ve personally managed hiring end-to-end (posting → screening → tests → interviews → offers)
Excellent written English — clear, concise, professional communication
Comfortable on video (Looms, Zoom interviews, and occasional sensitive conversations)
Highly organized — you naturally build trackers, lists, and processes
Process- and systems‑minded — you enjoy turning messy workflows into repeatable systems
Emotionally steady — calm, respectful, and professional in difficult situations
AI-native — you already use tools like ChatGPT to move faster and produce better work
Type: Part-time VA, ~20–25 hours per week
Location: Remote, with at least 4 hours overlap with US Eastern time most days
Region preference: Philippines, Latin America, Eastern Europe (or similar overlapping time zones)
