As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. Acting as a key liaison between clients and candidates, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring a smooth, successful hiring journey while hitting placement targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles
  • Talent Sourcing: Attract top candidates through planforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, XHS, referrals, and events while building a strong talent pipeline
  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, to ensure alignment with clients needs and company culture
  • Job Ad Creation: Craft and post engaging job ads that reflect the role and company brand to attract the right and best-fit talent
  • Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Offer & Negotiations: Coordinate and manage the offer process between clients and candidates, including salary discussions and finalizing contract terms
  • Performance Driven: Achieve monthly hiring targets, nurture a healthy talent pipeline, and support team revenue goals
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to deliver valuable and strategic insights to clients
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the business development team to align on client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field - agency, recruiter, or headhunter experience is a strong plus
  • Minimum of Diploma qualification requirements
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to engage with a diverse candidate base
  • Familiar with various sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, XHS and other creative sourcing methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) – for reporting and candidate tracking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, positive and result-oriented
