Lead blue-collar hiring for the Kulim plant, ensuring timely fulfillment of high-volume recruitment needs.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
Represent the company at job fairs, walk-in interviews, and career talks,
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and other evaluation methods to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process to provide a positive experience.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with foreign worker hiring processes, government regulations, and documentation requirements.
Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate personnel files, hiring reports, and recruitment dashboards.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support smooth hiring operations.
Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Provide guidance on company policies and assist with initial integration into the workplace.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment, especially for blue-collar roles in Malaysia.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of proven experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to blue-collar and high-volume hiring.
Familiarity with foreign worker recruitment processes, government regulations, and application procedures in Malaysia.
Experience representing the company at job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Good understanding of current recruitment trends and labor market dynamics.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset to address recruitment challenges effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant digital platforms.
