Talent Acquisition Partner (Campus & General Recruitment)

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial and strategic role in Campus Hiring to build a long‑term talent pipeline and enhance the bank's brand reputation. The scope of this role is broad, encompassing strategic planning, relationship management, brand building, program development, and the execution of various events and initiatives. You will also work collaboratively with the talent acquisition team to recruit a steady influx of high‑caliber talent into the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, budget, and execute all Career Fairs and Campus Engagements, managing logistics and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the MarComms team to develop and distribute marketing materials, manage social media campaigns, update the career website, and create engaging content for university portals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and engaging with university staff to tailor outreach activities.
  • Track the effectiveness of outreach initiatives using KPIs such as number of applicants, hires from target universities, and student engagement rates; analyze data to refine future strategies and report progress to senior management.
  • Identify and attract promising students for internships and full‑time positions, managing end‑to‑end recruitment operations including sourcing, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Review and continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Provide operational support to the broader Talent Acquisition team and work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Strategically map talent to create a pipeline of candidates for critical roles and future needs.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven background in campus recruitment or university engagement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Boolean search, Workday, etc.).
  • A self‑starter with high energy, creativity, and a collaborative mindset who can effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for campus engagements and career fairs.
