• Providing insights and data to guide and influence hiring decisions
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Creating inclusive, people-cent-session hiring journeys that reflect who we are
• Supporting hiring across key areas such as Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, Commercial, or Corporate functions

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, multinational environments
• Strong sourcing capability and the ability to engage passive talent
• A collaborative, consultative approach with leaders and teams
• Confidence operating within a global, matrixed structure
• Understanding of APAC talent markets, ideally with exposure to Australia and Singapore
