Talent Acquisition Officer (Taiping, Perak)

We're looking to add a Talent Acquisition Officer located in Taiping, Perak to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment focus to non-executive level, internship and administration functions which include manpower sourcing & planning.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and fully immerse in their businesses, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs are achieved.
  • Conduct new hire orientation/on boarding program for Officer level and below only.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Keep hiring managers informed and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support TA team on University Relations activities.
  • Partner with TA team on recruitment marketing and branding and develop creative strategies to enhance employer brand awareness as involving in recruitment campaigns, referral program and recruitment postings through social media & job portal platforms (e.g: LinkedIn).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge in the end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and so on.
  • Willing to travel when needed for University Relations activities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for brand awareness and recruitment marketing.
