• Screen and evaluate job applications to select the most qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the role
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Maintain a pool of talented candidates for future job openings
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Continuously monitor and improve the recruitment process for greater efficiency
