Job description

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Systems Operator to join our dynamic team at STRATEQ GROUP. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a highly secure, mission‑critical environment and is ready to grow in the data centre operations field. This is a full‑time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor overall data centre health via CCTV, EMS Network, and service event/alert systems.
• Perform customer batch run activities and tape management functions.
• Provide first‑level support and elevate issues to internal support teams when required.
• Oversee and track the movement of customers and vendors within the data centre premises.
• Monitor and manage equipment entering and leaving the data centre.
• Ensure strict adherence to all data centre security protocols and operational procedures at all times.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer or Senior Management.
