System Analyst and Support (Open for Fresh Graduates)

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT Teams and vendors to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate end to end project and enhancement activities
• Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows and decisioning rules.
• Conductroot cause analysis (RCA) on production issues, delivering timely resolutions and ongoing support to maintain daily operations.
• Oversee the full system lifecycle, user requirements, UAT, implementation, and post deployment monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in system processes.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information System, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business analyst, system analyst, or system support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to assist end users, investigate and resolve application errors or workflow issues.
• Ability to manage fixes, change requests and vendor interactions simultaneously.
• Experience in SQL, banking applications is an advantage.
