Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity to lead in supply chain strategy for our Industrial business in AsPac. In this role, you will be the lead in delivering the strategic supply chain agenda in AsPac for the Industrial business. You will collaborate with the industrial sales and marketing team, the supply chain team, PPD, technology and performance teams to identify, scope, plan and deliver business value opportunities for industrial business. You will be part of the Global Industrial Supply Chain team. This role involves active participation in cross-functional projects spanning procurement, planning, technology, and sales. As a key member of the Industrial supply chain team, you\'ll orchestrate value creation initiatives for our Industrial business in the AsPac markets.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible to drive / support the supply chain agenda related to the Industrial business growth plan in AsPac. You will be accountable to lead initiatives linked to successful delivery of Must-Win-Battle of cost competitiveness and grease. For that you will be working with cross functional stakeholders like Sales, Marketing, PPD, Technology, Performance and Supply Chain in the responsible core market.
  • This role is a blend of both business insight - that requires the role holder to assess current cost structure, study current formulations, customer agreements and SLAs for industrial business to find opportunities to optimize cost and contribute to the business - and project management in scoping, planning, and leading the execution in the responsible core market.
  • You will use, organize, and assess business and supply chain data to make inferences and guide business decisions. You will be providing necessary supply chain insights through analytics, trends, and projections for the industrial business in AsPac.
  • The key levers for driving cost competitiveness for Industrial business will be through:
    • Product portfolio reviews
    • sourcing and network reviews, decisions and implementation
    • NPI / tendering / driven COGS deliveries
    • localization
  • This role will also help in delivering cost competitiveness through thorough business understanding and analytical skills.
